Chicago Mayor Richard Daley recently proposed fines of $150-$500 for any motorist endangering the safety of cyclists on the road. Finally! I’ve been hit by cars in the city and It’s not fun. Most motorists that I know complain about cyclists taking up space on the road. I really don’t know what the problem is.
